Apprenticeship

To join our apprenticeship program, you must go through our apprentice orientation. Please come into our office in person to find out when the next orientation will be, as well as the requirements for attending the orientation.
The minimum requirements are the following:
Be over 18 years of age
Bring a photocopy of your valid driver’s license
Bring photocopy proof that you have completed at least the tenth grade of high school
Must have the ability to pass the drug test
Physically able to preform the work

Thank you for showing interest in becoming a Laborer Apprentice. To officially apply for our program, you will have to come to one of our orientations. All you will need to bring are PHOTOCOPIES of a valid driver’s license and proof that you at least completed the tenth grade. It is recommended to bring in extra credit in the form of photocopies of work history from the last 6 years, they will have to be official documents (check Stubs, W2’s or go to ESD.WA.GOV for access to Washington state work History). You can also bring photocopies of any certs that pertain to construction work. If you have a military background you can bring in a photocopy of your DD214
Orientation is held at our main office in Tacoma. 4803 S M St. Tacoma, WA on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. The time for you to bring in your required Photocopies and fill out the application will be from 7AM to 8AM. The Orientation will be from 8AM to 12PM.
